All those fears were alleviated by Jordan’s personal attention to my needs and total professionalism during his interactions with me and with potential buyers. I appreciated that he enforced COVID restrictions with masks, disposable gloves, and hand sanitizer available to ensure our safety and the safety of potential buyers. He was there for me from providing advice on staging the house, to arriving early to the open house to ensure the house was shown at its best, whether that required moving the trash cans to the side yard or lighting the candles for a calm setting. With his superb marketing strategy, we received multiple offers above asking price after a two-day Open House. And, once the right buyer’s offer was accepted, he held my hand throughout the home inspections, buyer’s walk thru, timely completion of required paperwork and the final sale.
